The Agrokor Academy is the centre of disseminating and exchanging the knowledge and experience of Agrokor employees, encouraging dynamics, flexibility and continued training through a synergetic network of the company's know-how.
The Academy organises and conducts high-quality training and seminars (home and foreign training organisations and lecturers), thus enabling an exchange of experience and information among the employees of all companies within the Group. The programmes focus on concrete business challenges and everyday professional work.
The concept of Knowledge Management is actively applied through various systems. The system which has drawn most attention is based on engaging sophisticated in-house trainers, entrusted with spreading existing and new knowledge throughout the Group after having had the opportunity to be introduced to them outside the system.
Considering the size of the Agrokor Group, one of the greatest potentials and opportunities of its development lies within the Group itself.

In addition to a great number of training courses (on the average 70 one-day and two-day training courses annually), Agrokor conducts other development programmes, such as executive coaching. It also takes part in projects, implements job position changes (vertically and horizontally) and work on dynamics and interrelations between team members, all aimed at the development of our human potential. |
