The number of MultiPlusCard users has reached 1.2 million, and is used by 66 percent of Croatian households.
MultiPlusCard is a coalition loyalty program developed in 2010, which brings together ten strong partners: Konzum, Zagrebačka banka, Hrvatski Telekom, Allianz, Pevec, Tisak, Kozmo, Atlas, Modiana and Intersport.
The number of MultiPlusCard users has reached 1.2 million, that is, 66 percent of Croatian households use this program. The loyal users of this program receive a MultiPlusCard booklet with coupons and other promotions from all program partners on a quarterly basis.
Throughout the year, customers are treated to specially designed offers: seasonal discounts on products and services, promotional pricing, appreciation gifts, contests, additional points and so forth.
This recognizable and distinct brand can be found in every wallet, purse or mobile phone, especially since the introduction of MultiPlusCard key-chains and MultiPlusCard mobile applications.
Together with Hrvatski Telekom, a new brand on the telecommunication market was created. MultiPlusCard mobile provides users with a quality service that has one simple and affordable tariff as well as the option of collecting MultiPlusCard points as an added, significant benefit.
