Belje's ABC fresh cream cheese won another international award: three gold stars with the “Superior Taste Award” label. This is the fourth time that ABC cheese won this prestigious award presented by the International Taste & Quality Institute (iTQi) from Bruxelles.

The “Superior Taste Award” is the only sign of quality issued by chefs and sommeliers from the finest restaurants and by members of prestigious culinary institutes in the world. The judges come from 17 different countries and all the candidate products are blind-tested with a strict sensor analysis.

Three stars are given to products whose taste is rated as excellent by the jury.

ABC fresh cream cheese won this great recognition for the fourth time which confirms its continued high quality, and it is the latest in a series of international awards that ABC cheese can be proud of in the past years. The secret of success for ABC cheese is in its simplicity - it is made only out of milk, cream and a little salt, with no preservatives or artificial additives. The quality is assured through own production, from farming cultures for cow food at Belje’s farms, to milk production and processing  according to the highest standards, and by always adhering to the “from field to table” full traceability.
