Cooperation between mStart and Microsoft presented

mStart in cooperation with Microsoft Croatia brings mCRM , a software solution based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform designed for companies in production and distribution industry of FMCG goods in Croatia and the region
At the WinDays16 conference held in Poreč, a strategic partnership between Microsoft Croatia and mStart was presented. It is related to the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online that positions mStart as one of the key and leading implementation partners for CRM solutions that are based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM. mCRM is intended for companies from production and distribution industries of FMCG goods for the SouthEast Europe markets.
At the conference, mCRM – a vertical software solution intended for sales management in B2B segment was presented. mCRM allows managing of business processes in sales and marketing through optimization, standardization and overview of processes while simultaneously providing a complete overview of relationship with each individual partner and customer, enabling quick and intuitive information input and their timely availability.

mCRM is already successfully implemented in following Agrokor companies: Ledo, PIK Vrbovec and Zvijezda, while implementation in Jamnica is in the preparation phase, and two or three implementations to partners outside of Agrokor are expected to be completed by the end of this year.

Igor Javor, director of the Project management Office in mStart added: “Besides the vertical solution that we have presented today, mStart established a partner relationship with technological and business consulting companies and developed a special project methodology for implementing CRM. The aim is to install CRM to clients as a business process, to support it with software, while mCRM with its built-in functionalities reduces risk and the expenses of such a project.”
