During the presentation of this partnership, Mate Krpan, CEO of mStart said: ”I am happy that we can announce our partnership with Microsoft for CRM solutions here at WinDays, one of the most significant conferences for business and IT communities in the region. The result of this partnership is a vertical solution for CRM in the areas of production and distribution of FMCG goods, in which we have built the best business practices and we believe that the users will recognize the benefits that this solution brings. We are aware of the dynamics in business and that the industry is changing and developing rapidly and we will upgrade mCRM systematically following the latest trends.”

mCRM is already successfully implemented in following Agrokor companies: Ledo, PIK Vrbovec and Zvijezda, while implementation in Jamnica is in the preparation phase, and two or three implementations to partners outside of Agrokor are expected to be completed by the end of this year.

Tatjana Lukić, regional director for business solutions in Microsoft said on this occasion: “mStart’s role in the Microsoft Dynamics CRM partnership and today’s presentation of mCRM solutions will enable other companies in Croatia and the region to  implement modern CRM technology  based on the best practices that mStart built into mCRM along with its partners. I would also like to say that I am pleased to see that Agrokor, one of the most successful companies in SouthEast Europe, chose Microsoft Dynamics CRM as a company standard and successfully implemented it into its business. This confirms Agrokor’s leading and visionary position in the new, digital economy and enables its employees to place customers and business partners in the focus of business activities, to improve the quality of services and reach a higher level of agility and productivity.” Lukić added that the global CRM market will be worth USD 37 billion and that Microsoft CRM, as evaluated by independent analytic agencies, is positioned as a leader in context of existing user base, product functionality and size of its implementation partner community.

Igor Javor, director of the Project management Office in mStart added: “Besides the vertical solution that we have presented today, mStart established a partner relationship with technological and business consulting companies and developed a special project methodology for implementing CRM. The aim is to install CRM to clients as a business process, to support it with software, while mCRM with its built-in functionalities reduces risk and the expenses of such a project.”

Zoran Šegić, Partner Sales Executive in Microsoft for Croatia, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Montenegro said: “CRM as a solution imposes itself as a business imperative in most modern business organizations that want to have the agility and the speed of adaptation to dynamic changes in the market. To place the user in the center of all business activities is more of a philosophy or art than part of a business process reengineering. Agrokor recognized this need early and joined a strategic partnership with Microsoft with the technology which is an absolute global leader, carrying massive experience and practical know-how in production industry and distribution of FMCG goods.”
