The new mall was opened by Mr. Božo Galić, prefect of the Vukovar-Srijem county, Mr. Željko Sabo, mayor of Vukovar and Mr. Ivan Todorić, Chairman of the Supervisory board of Agrokor. The mall is worth 68 million kuna, it created 100 new job openings and it was completed in less than 18 months. The projects and construction of the mall were completed by domestic companies. This brings the total amount of Agrokor’s investments in the Vukovar region to more than 600 million kuna.

Golubica Mall spans over three levels with total surface area of 9.000 m², of which 6.000 m² are designed for retail purposes. Besides Konzum maxi and other stores, visitors will soon be able to enjoy bars, restaurants, movie theaters and a bowling alley, along with an open theater.

Mr. Ivan Todorić expressed his pleasure with the completion of the project and added: “With more than 600 million kuna of investments, Agrokor was the leading investor in Vukovar even before the Golubica Mall was opened. This is an honor, but also an obligation; to continue developing business together with you, to serve Vukovar and its inhabitants, and it is my pleasure to announce that we will, as time permits it, choose a location together with the city to donate and build a new children’s playground for its youngest citizens.
