KONZUM RECEIVES AWARD FOR SERVICE QUALITY COMMITMENT

As part of the second Mystery Shopping Day organized by Heraklea d.o.o. the "Service Quality Commitment Award" was presented for the first time. The Award was presented to Konzum d.d. for its commitment to the continuous improvement of service quality and received on behalf of the company by Mr. Drago Munjiza, President of the Board of Konzum. On this occasion Mr. Munjiza said that mystery shopping was the best indicator of service improvement in Konzum stores and at the same time one of the parameters of the overall improvement of the company's operations.
