Management changes in Agrokor Group Companies

The Supervisory Board of Poslovni sistem Mercator d.d. made the decision today to change the Management Board. Former CEO, Toni Balažič, who was in this position since 2012 will continue his career outside of Agrokor and the new CEO of Mercator will be Tomislav Čizmić, who previously was a longtime Managing Director of Mercator in Croatia and who for the past several years in cooperation with external international consultants, has lead more than a 100 different teams with more than 1000 people on integration and realization of synergies in Agrokor’s retail. Igor Mamuza remains Member of the Management Board of Poslovni system Mercator d.d.
At the same time, the Supervisory Board of Konzum d.d. in Croatia decided to change the Management Board as well. Former CEO Slavko Ledić, as well as Domagoj Jelenc, Member of the Management Board, will be replaced by Teo Vujčić, who was CEO of Dijamant in Zrenjanin.
Vladimir Milović, current Director of Sales and Marketing at Dijamant will take over as the new CEO of Dijamant.
The changes in management of Agrokor’s key retail and food production companies are aimed at further strengthening Agrokor’s position in Croatia and the region, all as a part of the new business model and reconstruction plan of the Agrokor Group.
