MLADINA'S TRAMINER AND SAUVIGNON WIN SILVER IN PARIS
Feb 19, 2002
Mladina's Traminer and Sauvignon won silver medals at the Paris wine fair Vinailles Internationales 2002. Amongst many wine exhibitions and fairs, it is precisely this one in Paris, along with Brussels, Verona and Ljubljana, that are considered to be the most prestigious worldwide. The most eminent oenologists from all over the world take part in evaluating the numerous samples. Namely, at the large fairs the competition is extremely strong, the number of samples sometimes exceeding two thousand. Wines from the Mladina cellar, operating as a part of Jamnica, compete at all the fairs mentioned above, and it is worth mentioning that last year they won prizes at each of those fairs.
