PIK Mortadela and Panona salami won gold DLG medals!

Again this year, the leading European organization for independent testing and evaluation of the quality of food, DLG from Germany, held the evaluation of meat products where, for the first time, two gold medals for supreme quality were given toPIK Mortadela andPanona salami.
Panona salami stands at the top of the craftily produced PIK hard salami because it was made according to their own recipe in the traditional style from minced pork meat with the addition of natural condiments: garlic and whole grains of pepper.PIK Mortadela was created on the basis of the original Italian recipe, from carefully chosen raw materials and condiments. Its taste, aroma and appearance have rightfully secured its position as the best mortadela in Croatia and now even in the wider area.
Each year DLG carries out tests on over twenty thousand different food products from all over the world on the basis of the highest standards, and only the best products such asPIK Mortadela andPanona salami deserve this flattering acknowledgement. These gold medals have confirmed the already well-known PIK quality, which is regarded as one of the leading producers of food products in this part of Europe.
