Second meeting of the temporary Creditors’ Council held

Today, the second meeting of the temporary Creditors’ Council was held at Agrokor.
It was attended by Marica Vidaković as representative of the “large suppliers” creditor group, Mato Brlošić as representative of the “small suppliers” creditor group, representatives of Knighthead Capital Management, LLC as representatives of the “bond holders” creditor group, representatives of Sberbank as representatives of the “unsecured creditors” creditor group and representatives of Zagrebačka banka d.d.as representatives of the “secured creditors” creditor group, along with Ante Ramljak, extraordinary trustee for Agrokor.
In accordance with the proposed daily agenda, the Temporary Creditors’ Council Rules were presented and conciliated, and they will be accepted at the next meeting while the first monthly report of the extraordinary administration was also discussed in detail. The discussion on the report included activities undertaken by the extraordinary administration since the first meeting of the temporary Creditors’ Council and the report was duly noted.
Participants were also presented with information on arrangements and activities undertaken by the extraordinary administration in order to secure a new loan necessary to continue regular operations of the company, to pay for parts of debts towards suppliers and to complete seasonal preparations for Agrokor’s production companies and retail. Once fully agreed upon, the loan will be decided on the temporary Creditors’ Council.
At the meeting, other current topics were also discussed and it was agreed upon when the new meeting will be held.
