Ante Ramljak said after the meeting: “My focus in the upcoming period is on the Agrokor’s business activities in BIH market. The concept of rebranding Konzum into Mercator is highly complex and we are working on it in stages. Currently our teams in Konzum and Mercator, together with external advisors, are evaluating and defining steps that are necessary in order to give us full insight. I must emphasize that the cooperation of all factors is important in this process and therefore I appeal to all suppliers to take a more constructive approach. It is exceptionally important for this process that we all keep a long term goal in mind which is to create new value, for Bosnia and Herzegovina to have a competitive market and to preserve jobs.”
