Fabris Peruško has served as Extraordinary Commissioner of Agrokor since February 2018. He has been responsible for overall business performance of the Group and for leading Agrokor’s settlement process.
Fabris has been actively involved in the restructuring process of the Agrokor Group since the beginning of the extraordinary administration procedure. He served as Member of the Management Board in charge of finance and restructuring at Tisak – leading Croatian newsstand retailer. During short period of time, under new management Tisak successfully stabilized its operations and returned the company into operational profitability through a mix of cost optimization measures and margin improvements. Thus, 3600 jobs were preserved and the company with more than 300m EUR annual revenue was stabilized.
Prior to Tisak, Fabris served as Director of Operations of Moscow-based company Lamoda.ru, the Russian division of the London-based Global Fashion Group (GFG). Fabris also spent 5 years with the world’s leading consultancy firm McKinsey&Co., where his work was focused on restructuring projects in various industries across Europe and Russia. Fabris started his career at the Slovenian IT firm Halcom, today part of Toronto Stock Exchange listed Constellation Software Inc. At Halcom, he was responsible for the expansion of business to the CEE and Middle East markets.
Fabris holds B.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering and M.Sc. degree in Economics from the University of Ljubljana, Slovenia. He also holds MBA degree from Babson College in Boston, USA. Besides his native Croatian, Fabris speaks English, Slovenian, Italian and Russian.
