Fabris Peruško was born in Pula on September 19, 1973
He has a degree in electrical engineering and a Master degree in Economics from the University of Ljubljana.
He acquired his MBA degree in 2008 at the prestigious US University Babson College in Boston, ranked for more than 20 years as America’s best entrepreneurship university.
His broad business competencies are based on experience gained in IT business, investment banking and consultancy services on restructuring projects in various industries.
Mr. Peruško started his career in the Slovenian IT firm Halcom, today owned by the Canadian company Constellation Software Inc. At Halcom he was responsible for the expansion of business to the CEE and Middle East markets. During his stay in the US he works for the Boston-based investment bank Bulger Capital Partners and after his MBA graduation he joins the world’s leading consultancy company McKinsey&Co., where he specializes in restructuring projects in various industries across Europe and Russia.
After five years of career in consulting, in 2013 he applies the previously gained experience as COO of the Moscow-based company Lamoda.ru, the Russian division of the London Global Fashion Group. The focus of his work was on changing the business model and restructuring certain divisions of the Group.
In May 2017 he joins Tisak as Member of the Management Board in charge of finance and restructuring, at a point when this Agrokor Group company was facing a financially and operationally most complex situation. With the stabilization of operations and the restructuring of Tisak around 3600 jobs were preserved. By acting in this capacity Mr. Peruško has been actively involved in the restructuring process of the Agrokor Group almost since the very beginning of the extraordinary administration procedure.
