Change in the Konzum Management Board

Member of the Management Board of Konzum in charge of finance and IT, Ines Lozić has informed the Supervisory Bord of Konzum of her resignation and she is leaving the company by mutual agreement. Her resignation came to power on 25 September 2018, after the regular General assembly of the company was finished. Ines Lozić joined Konzum in June 2017 and gave a crucial contribution to stabilizing the company during the toughest moments for the company's business, as well as the process of the Extraordinary Administration and for this the Extraordinary Administration thanks her.
After receiving information from Ines Lozić's, a meeting of the Supervisory Board of Konzum was held where its members accepted her resignation and appointed a new member of the Management Board of Konzum, Uroš Kalinić.
Uroš Kalinić has started his career at Deloitte in 2005. During his 13.5 year career at Deloitte he was focused on Financial Advisory where he advanced from Associate to Director level. At the beginning of his career he spent 1 year in Audit and has seconded for a year to Budapest office where he was involved in valuations of financial institutions in Central Europe. In his career he was involved in numerous complex projects, including: valuations, due diligence, advisory and restructuring engagements. Over the past couple of years as a Director for the Croatian office he was in charge of preparing the strategy for Financial Advisory and closely cooperated with regional Deloitte offices in Central Europe on some of the largest engagements. Furthermore, he was in charge of some of the most valuable accounts for which he managed complex financial restructurings and advisory engagements in Croatia and has led to sustainable growth and numerous success stories for his clients, the creditors and Deloitte. In his role he led the team which excelled in their tasks and made an impact in the market while promoting company values. Uroš graduated from Fairmont State University in USA and has completed courses with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW), UK.
