Changes in Tisak management

General assembly and the Supervisory Board meeting of Tisak were held at the company.

The General assembly of Tisak recalled three members of the Supervisory Board and replaced them with new members while also making a decision to change the auditor for the company. Previous members of the Supervisory Board Hrvoje Balent, Marijan Alagušić and Domagoj Jelenc were replaced by newly appointed members Hido Lajtman, Executive Director in Legal Affairs Sector in Agrokor, Dubravka Jusić, Executive Director of Marketing in Agrokor and Irena Weber, Executive Director for Non-core Asset Management in Agrokor, who also became the President of Tisak’s Supervisory Board.

Instead of Tisak’s current auditor, Baker Tilly Hrvatska revizorska kuća d.o.o., PricewaterCoopers d.o.o. (PwC) was confirmed as the new auditor by the General Assembly.

Following the General Assembly of the company, a Supervisory Board meeting was held, where the newly appointed members made a decision to replace the CEO of the company and expand the Management Board with an additional member.

After appointment, Danko Duhović took over as CEO and Fabris Peruško became the CFO.

By agreement, the previous CEO Hrvoje Kraljević will continue his career outside of the Agrokor Group.

Danko Duhović graduated from the Faculty of Economics in Split. He was a regional manager in Europlakat for eight years and also spent two years as a manager in Euroherc. He is coming to Tisak from the position of managing director of Publicis from Rijeka. His successful professional and business career was preceded with success in sports, where Danko Duhović, as a member of the national water polo team achieved both national and international club success, and was presented with the State award for sport achievement. After finishing his active sports career, he also managed the Kvarner water polo club.

Fabris Peruško graduated at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering of University of Ljubljana, gained a Master’s Degree at the Faculty of Economics in Ljubljana and received his MBA at Babson College in Boston, USA in 2007. He spent five years as a consultant in McKinsey&Co. consulting company where he focused on restructuring projects in various industries, from banking to FMCG, in Europe and Russia. After that, he spent two years as COO in the leading Russian online retailer which is part of Global Fashion Group from London, where he was responsible for changing the company’s business model and creating new services.  From 2016 until being appointed to Tisak Management Board he was an independent consultant for managements of several regional companies.
