Karisma expands business into Montenegro

A Management Contract was signed in Dobre Vode, Bar municipality in Montenegro, between Karisma Adriatic and “Ruža Vjetrova” 4-star resort. The management contract was signed by Veljko Ostojić, managing director of Karisma Adriatic and Jovo Milić, executive director of “Ruža Vjetrova”. With this contract KHA takes over the management of the resort from 2017.

“By signing this contract Karisma Adriatic expands their business beyond Croatia to Montenegro. This is part of our clear goal to have 5000 rooms in our portfolio in the upcoming period. I would like to thank the leadership of Ruža Vjetrova resort for recognizing the quality that Karisma Adriatic brings with its international experience and knowledge. I honestly believe that by signing this contract we will make another step forward so that not only this resort, but the entire region is better positioned on the global tourism map.” highlighted Ostojić.

“Ruža Vjetrova” resort spreads over an area of 40.000 square meters, has 106 rooms and apartments, 2 pools, 2 restaurants and 2 bars, 2 tennis courts, playground for children and a mini ZOO, as well as 500 deck chairs surrounded by nature. The plan is to further invest and expand capacities for the season of 2018.

Additionally, a contract was signed with French touroperator Look Voyages for a period of 3 years with an extension option for additional 2 years. This contract will ensure a high level of occupancy for Ruža Vjetrova and extends the period in which the resort is operational. Look Voyages is recognizable in the market with its product Club Lookea that is characterized by focus on family resorts and all-inclusive services with a wide offer of activities and entertainment for children. Club Lookea is doing business throughout 44 hotels across Europe, Africa, Asia and the Caribbean Islands.

“Karisma Adriatic has in its portfolio in Croatia 3 couples resorts in Dubrovnik and Makarska and this resort strengthens our offer to family resorts as well. Parallel to this, preparations for a complete reconstruction of Hotel Plat is under way, the biggest investment by Karisma Adriatic that will make the Dubrovnik region richer for 500 rooms with 5 stars.”, announced Ostojić and added that Karisma Adriatic in its business activities always keeps an emphasis on responsible behavior towards local population and cooperation with local communities.

Karisma Resorts International (KRI) Group also highlights that alongside the first Nickelodeon Hotel and the new Sensatori Hotel opened in Dominican Republic at the beginning of the year, they plan to further expand KRI capacities by opening first villas over water at the prestigious Maroma beach in Mexico and opening 3 additional hotels in Jamaica.
