Ledo d.d., Croatia's largest ice-cream producer and the leading oil-company Ina d.d. signed a Business Cooperation Agreement pursuant to which on more than 400 Ina petrol stations Ledo ice-cream will be sold. Besides the sale of Ledo ice-cream at Ina's retail outlets, the Agreement provides for the cooperation of our two companies on joint marketing activities, Mislav Galić, President of the Management Board of Ledo pointed out after signing the Agreement, adding that Ina was one of Ledo's biggest customers, the cooperation between the two firms having lasted since five years already. Of major importance for Ina at signing the Agreement was the fact that Ledo has one of the strongest distributions in the country, with more than 130 refrigerated trucks and the possibility to supply all Ina's petrol stations countrywide, even those in the most remote places, anytime and with the whole assortment. According to the words of the Retail Division Director of Ina Dragan Pavić, the cooperation of Ledo and Ina is intended to encourage and improve the sale of Croatian products on Ina petrol stations in Croatia, but also on the neighbouring foreign markets Ina is present on. Therefore Ledo and Ina shall extend their joint marketing activities also to Bosnia and Herzegovina and Slovenia, where both companies are already operating.
