The Extraordinary Administration Proceedings against 22 companies of Agrokor Group has been terminated with a final effect

On August 21st 2019, the Commercial Court of Zagreb issued a decision declaring that the Extraordinary Administration Proceedings against 22 affiliated companies of Agrokor Group has been terminated with a final effect.

Upon completion of the Extraordinary Administration Proceedings ceases the role (rights and duties) of the Extraordinary Commissioner in those companies. The registration of termination of the Extraordinary Administration Proceedings and the Extraordinary Commissioner’s function will be effected by the competent commercial courts – court registries wherein the companies are registered.
