Agrokor became majority owner of Mercator The Agrokor Group closed the process of acquiring the majority stake of Poslovni sistem Mercator and became its majority owner. The total value of the transaction amounts to EUR 544m.
Agrokor and Sberbank announced the signing of a €600 million syndicated loan at the official signing of a Memorandum of Understanding. The loan agreement was signed by President of the Executive Committee of the Sberbank Group and President of The Agrokor Group Ivica Todorić.
